Terms of Use — octobetiQ

1. Acceptance

By using octobetiQ ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

octobetiQ provides informational sports predictions and analytics only. We do not offer gambling, sports betting, or financial advice. Predictions are for entertainment and research — not a guarantee of outcomes.

3. Auto-renewable subscription

Premium — 1 month — billed monthly (7-day free trial may apply for new subscribers).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

4. Account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on predictions.
